GUARANTEE
I
understand I have a health guarantee of 48 hours on my puppy. I am strongly
encouraged
to have my puppy examined by a veterinarian to check for any life
threatening
problems. If the veterinarian find that the puppy has a life
threatening illness
by proof of diagnosis on a dated letterhead from the vet, and also agreeing diagnosis
from the sellers vet in Gallatin, TN (paid for by
the seller), I am entitled
to a full refund or and equal value puppy, of which is
the buyer's choice.
I
understand the buyer is responsible for a general health check from the
veterinarian.
If my puppy is ill, I can choose to return immediately to seller
or have treated
by the veterinarian of buyers choice, in which seller is not
responsible for
any vet bills / costs of any testing. No
puppy may be returned for any reason other than by a dated statement from a veterinarian
that the pup has a life threatening illness. Seller not responsible
for disapproval
of land lord, allergy to animals, disagreement with family
members, or any
other reasons.
NO REFUNDS ON HEALTHY PUPS.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
due to fairness of the puppy.
Please take this purchase seriously. You
have a little baby that needs love from
someone. This
puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours only and must be returned within that time frame.
I also understand if I keep my puppy, I am responsible for all vet bills and it’s
then becomes my baby.
